All issues related to the ertms system specifications

The purpose of this activity is to evaluate from a technical point of view all issues which are related to the ERTMS system specifications. These issues are usually detected in the ERTMS implementation projects and can be brought to the attention of EUG directly by one of the EUG members, by sector organisations like CER and EIM, or other working groups. As a first step, an attempt is made to find a solution which does not impact the ERTMS specifications, e.g. by engineering (see the related activity).

If no other solution seems to be possible, these issues are sent as a potential CR to the ERA database. The activity is related to the ERA CCM process by reviewing and commenting all CR solution proposals in the ERA database. The results of the discussions within this activity and in the ERA CCM process are shared with the author who brought the issue to the table.
